All assigned tutors are practicing barristers who have teaching experience and therefore possess the Necessary skills of classroom management. The tutors undergo regular in-service training to ensure that they adopt a uniformed teaching approach to the module (especially re: the examination). Amongst the P.A.L. teaching ranks are experienced lawyers who also are:
(a) Experienced secondary school teachers
(b) University lecturers
(c) Some of the tutors are also members of the New York, Californian, Australian, London and/or Northern Ireland Bars and thus can inform students of how the different legal systems operate.
(d) Experienced mock trials judges
